Juantraveller Marketplace is an online booking platform allowing Guests to acquire services from Merchant Partners. These services include, but are not limited to, Hotel Accommodations, Transportation, Restaurants, Tour Activities, and Events. The Juantraveller Marketplace provides Guests the access to view and select these services.

While the Juantraveller HMS is a hospitality management system allowing Merchant Partners to perform / offer services to the Guests of Juantraveller Marketplace.

The collection of personal information from Guests allows Juantraveller to render its services, improve user experience, and perform marketing initiatives.

The personal data collected through Juantraveller Marketplace and sent to Juantraveller’s email is used for the following purposes:

(i) To verify and register Merchant Partner’s business to administer the use and access of Juantraveller Platforms (Marketplace and HMS)

(ii) To easily disseminate information regarding concerns or enquiries related to the usage and access to the Juantraveller platforms, such as but not limited to booking reservations, fees, commissions, and customer support

(i) To provide Merchant Partner with timeline notice and policy amendments that may occur from time to time

(ii) To deliver news, updates, promotions, and additional features

The following lists of information are what Juantraveller collects about you, our Data Subjects:

• Authorized Person’s Full Name
• Mobile Number, Office Number
• Email Address
• Job Designation

Collection

The Juantraveller Platforms collect both Merchant Partner and Guest information through the respective registration pages.

Additional supporting documents of Merchant Partners are accepted through Juantraveller’s designated email addresses, to validate your registration

These supporting documents include:

• At least one (1) government-issued ID

Usage

The personal information collected by Juantraveller and through email will be used based on the declared Services Description and Purpose.

Disclosure / Data Sharing

Personal information collected by Juantraveller may be shared with its Affiliate Companies, Third Party Service Providers, or Agents.

Guest personal information collected by Juantraveller may be disclosed to Merchant Partners and would only be done to further process booking reservation.

Storage

Merchant Partner’s information collected by Juantraveller is stored in a Juantraveller controlled database.
